This was my second trip to Birmingham, and I wish I had known this place before! It is located very very close to the coach station so I didn't have to worry about how to get to or from the coach station, which was a huge plus. Also, everything is within walking distance--cafes, restaurants, the city center, and more. I didn't need to take a bus, Uber or a taxi to go to anywhere. The apartment was nice and clean, including the hallway. It was a bit hot in Birmingham during my stay, but there was a fan in the room, which was really helpful. The room was not big, but big enough to relax and enjoy spending time there. Sophie was always on top of everything and responded to my messages right away, which made me safe and taken care of. I highly recommend this place!
