No smoking or vaping indoors Feel free to smoke outside, but strictly no smoking inside the apartment. 3. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately 5. No pets, unfortunately We love animals but can’t accommodate them in this space. 6. Report any damage or issues If anything breaks or isn’t working, please let us know right away so we can fix it promptly – no judgment, we just appreciate the heads-up. 7. Respect check-in/check-out times Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am Late check-outs can affect incoming guests, so please check with us if you need flexibility. 8.
