Payment is required from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. 4 hours maximum stay. No height restrictions. Please download the RingGo app to settle payment easily. Parking is also available at St Mark’s Crescent (7-minute walk away). This is ideal for guests arriving from 4pm on a Friday and staying for the weekend as there is no charge after 4pm and parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking is chargeable from 8am onwards on Monday - Friday. Long term parking is available at Utilita arena - King Edward’s Road B2 2AA (a 2-minute drive or 9 minute walk away). Current prices are £20 for 24 hrs, or £16 for 12 hrs (subject to change). Long-term parking is also available at Birmingham Newhall Street car park - B3 1SW (4 minute drive or 10-minute walk away). Pre book online, prices vary depending on when you want to park. All parking details provided above are accurate, therefore, guests park at their own risk. No smoking or vaping indoors Feel free to smoke outside, but strictly no smoking inside the apartment. 3. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately. Turn the dishwasher on before you leave ( if your property has one) 5. No pets, unfortunately We love animals but can’t accommodate them in this space. 6.
