Apartment 54 is a stunning 2-bedroom duplex, second floor apartment. Accommodating up to 4 guests, or 6 guests with the use of the comfortable pull-out mattress sofa bed, it is a high-end, luxurious and spacious home-from-home. You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the moment you walk through the door. Every room has been uniquely designed and exudes a stylish wow factor, with comfort being the highest priority to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided. Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and provide complimentary hot drinks. Both bedrooms have 43 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided. In the lounge, you can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst watching the 55 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment, and a dedicated work desk is provided with a comfortable office chair. The dining area has an elegant table for 6 people that can also double up as a workspace. Crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and place mats are all included for guests’ convenience. We welcome family stays and provide a travel cot and high chair for those who need it. We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. As standard, 24-hour support is provided for all guests Parking at Lockside House: There is road parking outside the apartment on Scotland Street, Louisa Street and Edward Street. Payment is required from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday. 4 hours maximum stay. No height restrictions. Please download the RingGo app to settle payment easily. Parking is also available at St Mark’s Crescent (7-minute walk away). This is ideal for guests arriving from 4pm on a Friday and staying for the weekend as there is no charge after 4pm and parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking is chargeable from 8am onwards on Monday - Friday. Long term parking is available at Utilita arena - King Edward’s Road B2 2AA (a 2-minute drive or 9 minute walk away).
