The lodge is situated on a working farm and guests need to be aware that animals graze on the properties premises. It is advisable not to feed or touch the animals at any time. Please bring appropriate footwear There is a large body of lake close to the lodge which isn’t fenced. Guests must be mindful when walking through the fields especially with small children. There is enough logs left for you to enjoy the hot tub and the log burner once. If you require more logs please visit the Esso garage or local shops which is a 10 minute drive away.

Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately 7. Report any damage or issues If anything breaks or isn’t working, please let us know right away so we can fix it promptly – no judgment, we just appreciate the heads-up. 9. Respect check-in/check-out times Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am Late check-outs can affect incoming guests, so please check with us if you need flexibility. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this farm cottage! The location is stunning and incredibly peaceful perfect for a quiet getaway. The views and surrounding nature are breathtaking. Sophie was wonderful as well, making our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back.

Great place located on a little farm, surrounded only by sheep. It’s the perfect place to relax and reset. The house had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely hot tub outside. We were really surprised by how quickly the water heated up and how long it stayed warm. We would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying here and only wish we had booked more time! It was very clean, so much space and the hot tub was lovely. So peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely be returning ☺️
