There is a £250 pre-auth damage deposit required by the host 24 hours before check-in., plus an agreement of the house rules which include: No outdoor shoes allowed If staying longer than 7 days, a chargeable clean of £100 while you stay is required. Parking Convenient roadside parking is available within 5-50 yards of the property on single yellow lines next to the property. For added ease, you can drop off your luggage directly in front or alongside the building.
