Check-in & Check-out Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Late check-out must be approved in advance. 2. No Smoking Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. 3. No Parties or Events Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially after 10 PM. Unregistered visitors or gatherings are not allowed without prior approval. 4. Respect the Neighbours Keep noise to a minimum in hallways and common areas. Do not block shared spaces or leave rubbish outside the apartment. 5. Cleanliness Please keep the apartment tidy and clean up spills promptly. Wash dishes after use and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. 6. Safety & Security Always lock the doors and windows when leaving. Do not share building access codes or keys with anyone. 7. Appliances & Energy Use Turn off lights, heating, air-conditioning, and appliances when not in use. Use appliances responsibly and report any issues immediately. 8. Damage & Breakages Accidents happen—please inform me right away of any damage or missing items. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements if necessary. 9. Pets Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. 10. Additional Rules Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please follow all house manuals for appliances and check-out instructions. Thank you for respecting the space! Enjoy your stay. Pet Policy 🐾 We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! A pet fee is charged per stay to cover the extra general cleaning required. Please note this does not include removal of pet hair from bedding, sofas, or other furniture. We kindly ask that pets—especially dogs—are kept off all beds and furniture. If extra cleaning is needed in these areas, additional charges may apply. Please ensure pets are well-behaved, house-trained, and cleaned up after. We’re always happy to help if you need anything during your stay and are committed to making your visit comfortable, smooth, and memorable. ✨ Guests are welcome to request early check-in or late check-out for a small additional fee 😊 We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but this does depend on our cleaners’ schedule and availability.
