Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately 5. No pets, unfortunately We love animals but can’t accommodate them in this space. 6. Lovely apartment, beautifully clean with lots of little touches that made it so welcoming. There was everything we needed, tea, coffee, milk all supplied, shampoo and shower gel, hand wash, clean tea towels all on hand. Very tasteful decor made the apartment cosy and comfortable, highly recommended. Positioned very centrally in Tamworth close to Ventura park, Drayton Manor, Ash End house farm, The Belfry and Tamworth town centre. Easy to find and there is a parking space available. The hosts were very welcoming and always available.

It was great staying at Sophie's house. The place is easy to find, and to get in. It was exactly like on the pictures and Sophie has been really fast and responsive in messages, even giving some recommendations and usefull information. I would happily stay again at Sophie's

I had a really positive experience with this stay. When we arrived, the boiler unfortunately wasn’t working, but the host responded quickly and handled the situation professionally. They arranged for a repair person to come out promptly and kept us informed throughout. To make sure our stay wasn’t disrupted, they also moved us to another property nearby, which was greatly appreciated. The whole process was smooth, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort. Overall, great communication and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

Our home is just a 5-minute walk from Wilnecote train station, with direct trains to Birmingham city centre in under 20 minutes. There are also regular local bus services into Tamworth town centre (approx. 10–15 mins), and quick access to the A5 and M42 for drivers. Birmingham Airport is around 30–40 minutes by car or taxi.
