Welcome to our beautiful Townhouse in the centre of historic Coleshill. A beautiful home; comfortable and stylish with the local amenities a short walk away. Relax in the large living room watching TV or enjoying dinner together on the large dining table, after cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms offer a luxurious feel; a king sized-bed in the master suite and two singles in bedroom 2, while bedroom three has a generous bunkbed. Coffee in the garden is a must in the morning!

Parking outside the front door for one car and one car can park on the road at no extra fee. Dogs allowed with prior notice This stylish Townhouse, comprises a large stylish living room, where guests can relax watching the world go by through a large bay window, or take time to catch up on TV programmes though satellite TV, where Netflix, BBC I player, Amazon Video plus more are available. The house also offers an equally large upstairs bedrooms which can accommodate 6 guests ; a bathroom with a shower and a bath to relax in, and finally a contemporary separate kitchen. All rooms are linked along the hallway and landing. The good-sized garden with grass and decking area can be privately enjoyed by guests at all times. Close attractions. Coleshill, England, United Kingdom Most of Coleshill is based around its long High Street passing through the centre of the town. There are a number of shops and services along the street meaning residents have only a short walk to local conveniences. There is a strong community spirit in Coleshill, with local clubs and societies providing plenty to get involved in. Perhaps most notabley is Coleshill in Bloom, a group of residents who plant flower beds and other beautiful plantlife in the area. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants offering a range of cuisines and evening entertainment. Award-winning Indian restaurants Rajrani and Balti Cottage offer some fantastic dishes including Birmingham’s famous balti curries. Local pubs offer a selection of British dishes, however The Red Lion in the high street also offers a Spanish inspired menu with tapas dishes and barra gallega options. Food & Drink A variety of cuisines and award-winning restaurants mean there are plenty of dining out options in Coleshill. Both Rajrani and Balti Cottage have won awards for their Indian cuisine and traditional dishes. If you fancy something new, The Red Lion has a great pub menu with Spanish inspired tapas to try. There are also more top restaurants just 15 minutes away at Resorts World Birmingham. Shopping Along the high street are a variety of independent shops including fashion boutiques, gift shops and a local contemporary florist. Resorts World Birmingham has 50 outlet stores just a short 15 minute drive away from Coleshill for some fantastic brand shopping. Cultural Attractions Coleshill’s Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul is a well known landmark in the area with its 170 foot steeple and mediaeval tombs. The 14th century church is full of history and tales with writings going as far back as the 12th century. The village also hosts a farmer’s market on the last Friday of every month plus a weekly Country Market full of produce, cakes and gifts. Sport & Leisure Fans of tennis can join the other 200 members of the Coleshill tennis club who currently have five Astroturf courts, floodlighting for evening games and a lounge area with a bar for members of the club. Coleshill Cricket Club also has multiple senior and junior teams whom are constantly looking for new competitive players to join in. The local Bowls club, located on Wingfield Road is very friendly, and keen to take on new players. Music A short 7 minute drive from Coleshill centre is the NEC and Genting arena. These great venues host a variety of national and international talent from all areas of the music industry, from the latest chart-toppers to legendary artists.

Although Coleshill has a Shakespearean ambience and a quaint village appearance, it is extremely convenient for the exciting attractions of the west midlands. The NEC and Resorts World Genting Arena is just 2.8 miles away from the property, approx 7 minute drive by car, around £10 in a taxi. Both the M6 and M42 provide Coleshill with great road links to Birmingham, Solihull, Rugby and other cities in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Driving into Birmingham City takes roughly 16 – 28 minutes. Coleshill Parkway is the closest rail station at just over 1 mile from the centre of town. From here there are direct trains to Birmingham New Street Station taking just 15 minutes on the half-hourly CrossCountry service. Additionally, a number of bus routes call at the town including the National Express #70 that travels from Birmingham to Solihull.
