🏡 House Rules – Thank You for Respecting Our Space We’re so glad to host you and hope you feel at home. To help us keep the apartment clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone, please take a moment to review these simple house rules: 1. No parties or events Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10pm, out of consideration for our neighbours. Please remove outdoor shoes at the door to avoid excess dirt. 2. No smoking or vaping indoors Feel free to smoke outside, but strictly no smoking inside the apartment. 3. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately 5. No pets, unfortunately We love animals but can’t accommodate them in this space. 6. Report any damage or issues If anything breaks or isn’t working, please let us know right away so we can fix it promptly – no judgment, we just appreciate the heads-up. 7. Respect check-in/check-out times Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am Late check-outs can affect incoming guests, so please check with us if you need flexibility. 8. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use Help us conserve energy by switching off heating, lights, and electricals when leaving the apartment. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation – it really helps us maintain a high standard and create a welcoming space for all our guests. If you have any questions during your stay, we’re just a message away! Pet Policy 🐾 We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! A pet fee is charged per stay to cover the extra general cleaning required. Please note this does not include removal of pet hair from bedding, sofas, or other furniture. We kindly ask that pets—especially dogs—are kept off all beds and furniture. If extra cleaning is needed in these areas, additional charges may apply. Please ensure pets are well-behaved, house-trained, and cleaned up after. Any damage or additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover may be charged. 🔑 Guest Access & Welcome Guests will have full private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay, ensuring complete comfort and privacy throughout your visit. 📦 Easy Self Check-In Access is via a secure lockbox, allowing for simple and convenient self check-in at a time that suits you—no waiting around, just arrive and relax. 🏡 Sophie's Homes Welcome At Sophie's Homes, we love welcoming guests and want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We’re always happy to help if you need anything during your stay and are committed to making your visit comfortable, smooth, and memorable. ✨ Guests are welcome to request early check-in or late check-out for a small additional fee 😊 We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but this does depend on our cleaners’ schedule and availability. Once you’ve booked, simply send your request through your Sophie’s Homes portal link. If we’re unable to arrange it, standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
