No parties or events Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10pm, out of consideration for our neighbours. Please remove outdoor shoes at the door to avoid excess dirt. 2. No smoking or vaping indoors Feel free to smoke outside, but strictly no smoking inside the apartment. 3. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight For safety and insurance purposes, we kindly ask that only registered guests enter or stay in the apartment. 4. Please treat the space with care Leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure The bins for this property are down the stairs and opposite the door to get out. Strip the bed and leave linens in one place Place used towels in the shower or bath Wash any used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately. Turn the dishwasher on before you leave ( if your property has one) 5. Pets allowed however we respectfully ask that the garden isn't used for the toilet. 6. Report any damage or issues If anything breaks or isn’t working, please let us know right away so we can fix it promptly – no judgment, we just appreciate the heads-up. 7. Respect check-in/check-out times Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 10am Late check-outs can affect incoming guests, so please check with us if you need flexibility. 8. Die kleine gemütliche, helle und sehr persönlich gestaltete Wohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz hinten im Hof war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt von vier Tagen in der Nähe von Birmingham. Wir haben die gute Ausstattung der Küche sehr begrüßt, da wir mehrmals selbst gekocht haben. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir direkt in einem kleinen Park neben der Wohnung sehr schön spazierengehen. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Sophie und Luke war überdurchschnittlich- wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir in dieser Gegend sind!

A lovely place in the heart of Coleshill so ideally situated for the NEC and Birmingham Business Park. On street parking available close by and free between 1800 - 0800 daily, so this suited my schedule perfectly.

Home from home, this was a really lovely flat, perfect location for our 3 night stay, at a very difficult time for our family. Very responsive communication from Sophie, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying there again in happier times😊
